Sex and Leadership

Sex and Leadership

Author: Andre van Heerden – By courtesy of BIZCATALYST360

“In a culture where people are frequently exposed to explicit sexual imagery and promiscuous ideas in a seductive cocktail with graphic violence, the risk of social dysfunction is plain”, van Heerden explains.

The author discusses some of the often irrational behavior people slip into where sex is involved and give us the numbers on some dark consequences of what he calls the sexual revolution. For instance, today, nearly one in five women in the US are raped throughout their lifetime.

  1. Management and Leadership is not in a right track especially in our Asian territory. The most of the government and private sectors managerial position holding different backgrounds people’s. In Bangladesh this exercise is to much
Any recruitment by reference and bribe game. In international prospective might be creating gaps from normal management norm’s and ethics as well as corruptions and dishonesty. We need campaign worldwide by the management people to maintain normal rules regulation and ethics of management.

    • Thank you so much for your comments. Integrity management is something that I believe any business school should have at the top of their agenda. In a reference and bribing game – the level of skills are set out of play and is a serious setback for so many people. How could a campaign on ethics and management unfold, in your eyes? Thank you again for taking the time to speak of a matter that influences many of us.
