Mike Tobin is a psychologist and has a Ph.D. in counseling psychology from Loyola University. He is presently a partner at Vantage Leadership Consulting. Dr. Tobin consults with organizations worldwide on issues of talent selection, succession planning and acceleration of leadership development. At Vantage, he has developed a methodology for assessing world-class talent which is the basis of the Master Assessor Program (MAP), a process for transferring assessment capability to internal experts.
